Nature's Wisdom Intuitive Acrylic Painting Workshop Explore acrylic painting through abstract art making. We begin with a brief guided meditation using quartz crystal singing bowls to connect with our inner artist. We then move into an art-making exercise using acrylic paints to create an abstract color motif on canvas. In this playful experience we will explore how different brush strokes using layered colors on a texturized canvas creates movement in 2D art. This creative immersion is designed to calm the nervous system and create moments of joy through the simple act of art-making.
